Spent Saturday shopping in downtown Estes Park and Estes Baptist Church and more shopping Sunday. The church’s new pastor , Paul Walker, has only been there 2 weeks. Really enjoyed his message about coming to church often and as you are( faults and all) and when we come , seek after interest of others not ourselves.
Guess why I like Wapiti restaurant? ( which means elk in Shawnee) 
Not only is the food and service good but they give you Oreo cookies for something sweet at the end of your meal. Other interesting facts… Estes was named after one of first men to settle here…Park means broad valley in a mountainous range. Colorado means red in Spanish.
