Sheri and John put us in contact with a church. We were able to spend Monday and Tuesday and plan to go back Thursday and help with a children’s program from 9:30-12:30. It did not take long to fall in love with all 16 of them. I am bad, didn’t get pictures of my sweetie in the kitchen. Maybe Thursday! Bro. Kevin and Gina are doing a fantastic job !
Also got a tip ( from Sheri and John)about eating barbecue ribs and fried bread at the Back Room. It was a huge delicious meal. Y’all that thing on the blue plate is like a fried biscuit. It was so tasty; didn’t say necessarily good for you but oh so tasty!

Mark 10:13-16
13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them.14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
